National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme is an initiative under National Skill Development Corporations by Government of India. The organizations get this opportunity to train the fresher’s from educational institutions for a fixed term between 1 year to 3 years. Upon successfully completing this Apprenticeship training the candidates are more suitable to take up permanent positions in the organization.
With many new recent amendments in the Apprenticeship Act 1961 , The government has extended further flexibility to encourage organizations to train Apprentices.
